RS INTL Sample Pack VIII: Eurorack Modular by Hedonics by Hedonics

Finally jumping aboard the modular bandwagon, we have another vast sample pack full of brain melting sounds. This pack comes from the Rhythm Section Studio’s resident modular expert Hedonics; half of Phrased, and mastering engineer under his given name Alex Batchelor.

Having been collecting eurocrack avidly since the early 2010’s, Hedonics has constantly refined his rig to reflect the need for utilitarian HP efficiency, stunning sound design possibilities and the potential for extensive live improvisation. The pack is mainly drum sounds and fx but also employs some sounds that could have melodic or riff functionality.

Hedonics says

‘Put together using various eurorack modules including 808 BD, SD, hats from tiptop, ADDAC T-Networks, Mutable Instruments Peaks and Plaits, ALM Akemie’s Taiko, Intellijel Atlantis and a Cwejman vm1-s. Some sounds are processed through an Empress Effects Multidrive and a cheap LPG. I tried to keep the sounds quite raw so you can process them as you like.
