Asna is a DJ based in Abidjan who works mainly for the local collective La Sunday. She’s also the founder of the Sunyubok project, which brings together young emerging talents from all disciplines in West Africa. Through her set, she explores African musical roots by revisiting the jerky rhythms from Ivorian coupé-decalé, gqom, bass and kuduro and the frenzy of traditional songs.
