Ecstasy of Gold (Sebastian Gabriel Edit) by Ennio Morricone
The German Peruvian-rooted DJ and music producer Sebastian Gabriel edited one of the most well-known Ennio Morricone’s themes: ‘The Ecstasy of Gold’, a musical composition sung by Edda Dell’Orso and originally created as part of Ennio’ score for the 1966 Sergio Leone film ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’. In fact, Sebastian begun the edition project before Ennio died in 2020, however, always amazed by the beauty and epicness of this song he decided to finish the ‘work in progress’ by creating his own contemporary version, that’s what you’ll get on this 7th single-edit, truly dedicated to Ennio; may he rest in peace.
