The french producer Renaud Villet aka Rosé Sunset displays in his debut EP on Camel Riders, two mesmerising original tracks: Camel Walk and M.J., which are accompanied by two exquisite remixes. The opening tune is the EP theme track, Camel Walk – a deep warm nomadic tale that exhibits extraordinarily pleasurable electronic sounds, fused with splendid guitar riffs and melodies, enveloped with a groovy Dubby vibe that will make any sunset much better. Coming up next is M.J. which reveals a delicate mixture of Bluesy and cheerful sounds, which come together into a romantic heart-warming story, framed with melancholic synth and bell melodies, and very touching guitar sounds that will give you the shivers like a cold breeze on a sunny day. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome to our label the Melbourne-based producer, The Oddness with his brilliant interpretation for ‘Camel Walk’, which catapults the original straight to the dance-floor while maintaining its groovy deep vibe, with an elegant driving rounded bass-line, hypnotizing and trippy vocal fragments and a sweet punchy bass. Concluding the EP, we are thrilled to have back Joss Martin, on our label, with his delightful remix for M.J. In his interpretation, the Mexican producer gives the original a fresh progressive touch, while keeping the original’s bell melodies which are framed by an avant-garde organic and powerful bass-line with a pinch of gentle psychedelic sounds.
